  • How will I know the status of my order? We believe in keeping you in the loop. Once you place your order, we will keep  you posted via mail or Whatsapp when it's packed, shipped, and on the way, so you always know where it's at.

  • Will I receive tracking information? Yes, we will keep you posted so you always know exactly where your order is at.

Shipping & Return Policies

  • What payment methods are accepted? All orders are on a prepaid basis only.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? As a small business, we are currently unable to offer COD.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges? No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is packed with care, and since we are a small business, we do not accept them.
